Link Insertions · Niche Edits

Skip the article. Buy the age.

A brand new post starts from zero — no age, no traffic, no crawl history. A link insertion puts you inside an article that's already indexed, already been crawled a hundred times and already ranks for something. That's why it often moves faster, and costs less.

What it is

Also called niche edits, curated links, or "the good ones".

We find a relevant, already-published article on one of our 38 titles, and add your link into it — naturally, in a sentence that earns its place. You see the host URL and the exact sentence before anything changes.

Because we own the publications, there's no outreach, no "the webmaster wants £400", and no waiting three weeks for someone to reply to an email. We're the webmaster.

Insertion vs guest post

Which one you actually need.

We'll tell you honestly, because getting this wrong wastes your budget and makes us look bad six weeks later.

Choose an insertion when…

Your target page already ranks somewhere between position 6 and 25. It has relevance; it needs equity. An aged host page delivers that faster and for a third less money.

Choose a guest post when…

The page is new, or Google clearly doesn't understand what it's about. A full article builds the topical context a single inserted sentence can't. Guest posts →

Choose both when…

You're running a real campaign. Most work we do is a mix: guest posts to establish relevance, insertions to push the pages that respond. Packages →

FAQ

Straight answers on niche edits.

What exactly is a link insertion?

A contextual link added into an article that already exists on a publication — also called a niche edit or a curated link. The host page is already indexed, already aged and already getting crawled, so the link tends to start passing signals sooner than one in a brand new post.

Are insertions better than guest posts?

Neither wins universally. Insertions win when a page already ranks and just needs equity. Guest posts win when a page is new and needs topical context building around it. Most real campaigns use both.

Do I get to see the host page first?

Yes — always. We shortlist candidate host articles and send you the live URLs. You read them, pick one, approve the sentence. Anyone who won't show you the host page before payment is hiding something.

How old are the host articles?

It varies by title and topic. We prioritise pages with genuine crawl history and existing rankings over simply "old" pages — an aged article nobody's ever visited isn't worth much more than a new one.

Will the link be removed later?

No. We own the sites, so there's no third party to change their mind, and no renewal fee. Permanent means permanent.

Can I drip them out over time?

Yes, and for most campaigns we'd recommend it. Ten links landing on the same day is a pattern; ten links over six weeks isn't. Packs are scheduled by default.
